Description

The MJ-1C lid rivet meter is a microscope testing equipment, used to measure the rivet structure and size of the pull ring (tab score) in the can easy-open end. The measurement content includes: rivet diameter, rivet height, rivet thickness, thimble height, rivet overlap length, and the position of the score near the rivet.

Use a "LS-10 Cans Lids Precise Cutting Machine - Easy Open Ends Low Speed Saw" to saw the rivet position of the easy-open lid and place it on the inspection table. Align the measure point of the rivet with the camera and quickly focus until a clear image of the rivet is displayed on the screen. Inspect the structure of the rivet and measure the size of each part of the rivet. Let the computer calculate the measure results, and save the data and images.
